Question: ok, so im starting out as a 16yr old male 192lbs that eats twice a day, dose mild weight training. And plays comp games all day after school. I want to lose the excess fat [mainly stomach, and man boobs =' [...If i quit the game's and start jogging and eat better.how long will it take [best guess] to get fit and lean?

Don't worry about about how long it will take.
It will be a lifestyle change so you should just go and start doing it right now.
Your exercise is great, you need to start eating 4-6 small balanced meals and snacks a day. They must have protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Do not drink any sodas, and remember EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.
Write things down, write down a blueprint for exactly what you want to accomplish.

eating twice a day is not enough. eat every three hours. even a snack of fruit or soy nuts is good.
