Okay honestly, fad diets are bogus.

All you need to do to lose weight is truly;

cut down on proportions

Drink the water.

I have this 'water diet' I do every spring, and it works every year to get rid of the 8-10 winter weight I get.

Drink 80 to 90oz per day. It sounds like a lot, and week one and week two, you will have to pee like crazy, but starting weeks 3 and 4 you will consisently drop the weight. I have to cut back on the water when I reach my desired weight or I would get too skinny!

Anyone whom I've recommended this too, and they stuck with it every day for at least 4 weeks have lost weight. Miss day of the water, and you are back to day one.

I promise this does work.

(oh, and eat like you do normally. I don't have to modify anything except drink water like it was going out of style).

(oh, oh....don't do something insane like drink 90 ozs at one time.....you could actually get 'water intoxification', and that's no good either)!! Drink it throughout the day.
