Can the shape of you bone structure affect how fat you look?!

Question: I was just wondering, does your bone shape affect what shape you will turn out to be? Do people like Eva Longoria have small frames so that they are skinny or can everyone be that small? Is it possible to lose weight and get a body like that, or does the way you are genetically determine your smallest shape?

You are correct, some people have a big bone structure and carry more weight, that is how they are meant to be and then the small bone structure that are meant to be small people in weight. We aren't all alike, it would be a boring world;;;

your bone structure is the only thing about your body that you really can't control. you can't make your bones bigger or smaller. you can only control the amount of fat on your body

She is absolutely tiny. If you had a frame like Rosie O' Donnell and were thin I think you would still look larger than Eva Longoria. Did that make sense??

You answered your own question. Trust what you think you know.

I think that you can shed pounds off your body but you can't control the structure of your bones. I've seen some women with small frame for their upper body but their hips are just huge because their hip bones are structured that way.
Just my opinion and observations though.

Look bones cannot make you look fat, only fat can make you look fat. If you are larger framed or muscular you can look chunky or wide, but you cannot look fat.

Eva Longoria is obviously very small boned with not a lot of muscle mass. I'm her height and I can't even imagine being that small without sawing of my hip bones!

Remember, fat is flabby and mushy, bone and muscle are not.
