How can 400ibs?!

Get on a carb-diet, it worked for me. I lost 600 pounds in two weeks eating what I liked too! Just eat lots of pudding and cake. Be sure to drink lots of soda too. Also, don't forget to watch a lot of TV on the couch- this is key.

Wow... too big of an answer to put in YA. Feel free to contact me. I've lost over a hundred myself and am still losing and keeping it off. Most important thing.. you have to be able to look at yourself and figure out what in your life hurts so bad that you have to medicate with food. Because no diet can fix that. If you are being serious about how large you are, then you will be able to start losing weight by just limiting yourself to three meals a day and begin to move. I know walking very far would be out but there are exercises that you can do that are gentle and would begin to get the process started. I also know some accupressure techniques (EFT) that help. I'm not sure that you aren't joking about your weight because some people ask questions just to get a rise. However, if you are being honest I would be very very pleased to share all I have learned with you. EDIT: Never mind your other questions say you are a 13 yr old boy who is interested in wrestling.

consult a nutritionist or dietician and doctor. and there are plenty of weight loss questions on here already. look them up and save yourself some time.

well i was watching this show on TLC about this guy who was like 1200lbs, and he got down to 750 or so. and he couldn't walk because he was too heavy.. i think what he did besides dieting was dancing and stretching... i'm not sure how much 600 is, i'm about 200 and trying to lose weight.. i think your best bet is if you can walk, start with that, even if it's just around your house. instead of cutting yourself off from things that taste good but aren't healthy, eat less of it in moderation. best of luck to you.. oh and the first person who answered is a jerk.

Go to the gym everyday for at least an hour, and eat vegetables, salads, some dairy, bread, and fruit. Try to not eat over then 200 calories.
