Whats a good way to loose 25 pounds in one month?!


Question: am 17 and 5'3. i weight 125 pounds and i thought my weight was alright since i am 36D too but my doctor just told me thats its over weight so now i am like freaked out and i need to lose weight fast. i eat healthy and excersize on occations, lol, but how can i lose like 8 pounds in a week.

Eight pounds per week...maybe week one you could cut off your left arm..week two have someone cut off your right....you're not losing that kind of weight in that time period unless you are rediculously fat. Start excercising and staying away from unhealthy foods. Stop drinking soda. Excercise is the only way to go no matter how much people want to find a secret alternative way.

You should use Herbalife. My mom uses it and she lost 5 pounds in 1 week. Get the starter pack. It cointains pills, milkshake, tea. When you use the pills you have to drink alot of water. I don't know why. My mom says it was a good product. You just have to be committed to do this.

Honestly, the best way to lose weight is to do it slowly so that you can actually keep the weight off and not put it back on as soon as you lose it. You should only lose 1-2 pounds per week, and that won't be hard if you eat fruits, veggies, lean meat, etc. Drink plenty of water and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Since you're young, you may even want to exercise more than that.

If your doctor tells you you should lose weight, they're probably indicating that you should have a lifestyle change, meaning changing the way you eat and exercise forever.

You probably can't do it. You'd have to exercise like crazy and cut down on what you eat a LOT (leaving you very little energy to exercise like crazy). Relax a little and set more realistic goals. You can drop 25 pounds in about 3 months and do it in a healthy manner.
