Why do I feel unfocused and sluggish?!


Question: I have been training for a few years now and I have 11 % body fat. I always feel sluggish and unfocused throughout the day and fall asleep during class. Could it be from not eating enough? i currently consume 2400-3000 kcal with a breakdown of 300-350 g carbs, 67-73 g fat, 140-200 g protein. I consume almost all my daily requirements of vitamins, but i have some deficiency of vitamin e and potassium. However, i mainly eat fish and consume my daily requirements of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. I don't take any supplements and i get all my protein from whole grains, fish, beef, turkey, and ham.

you seem to have a perfect diet you may have a virus you should see a doctor its probobly nothing serious though and by the way nice job on 11 percent bodyfat impressive

What are you eating for breakfast? Are you starting your day off with some protein?

I felt the same way what i do is drink diet mountain dew the caffeine helps.
