How to get thinner legs?!


Question: Im 5 ft 7/8 and about 54kg and would like to get thinner thighs. My legs are quite toned and I don't know what exercises are best as I don't want to tone them anymore.Help me get thin legs fast =)

Do leg raises every night.If you dont know what they are,its when you get on your hands and knees and then lift one leg up then bend it back so your foot is touching your bum.Then do the other leg.You have to do like 12 sets a day.Good luck!!!

you can do squats and lunges and running...best thing ever!

ok.....your best bet is to go to a plastic surgeon and tell him/her what u want. They will do it for you...QUICKLY

I like Tae Bo my self. It has really nice Leg work outs. And they work. Well it worked for me... and I do my best to keep up with it.

DON'T LISTEM TO ALL THOSE LOSERS WHO SAID BELEM IA, PLASTIC SURGERY, SUCTION...ECT.........try doing some leg exercises like squats, calf raises..ect...running and cycling is also good for losing fat on your legs (it will build muscle)......it will aslo get your heart in shape.....hope this helped :)))

Get a leg transplant with a mosquito :d the only thing is you wont be 5'7'' anymore :D
On a serious note....practice running...any exercise for the lower limb for that matter.

Start eating them. I put my thighs between two breads it's good ^_^
