I can deal with not eating junkfood but the question is what SHOULD I eat?!

Question: I love veggies and fruits but *how* should I eat them and what should I eat each day? Breakfast Lunch and Dinner? I like fish but prefer to not eat dairy or any other meat. Can anyone tell me what I should be eating for each meal? I am also burning at least 300 calories a day on an elliptical machine. I could lose about 95lbs. Thanks!

Meat and poultry are great sources of protein. Grilled chciken breast is very very good for you. A sample day could go like this: One bowl of oatmeal, Two Eggs, A piece of fruit. Snack: Granola/fruit/yogurt/veggies/balancebar/ take your pick. Lunch: Tuna or salmon (however you like it but without real mayo) baked chips, tea, fuit. Mid afternoon snack: same choices as before. Dinner: Grilled Ckicken Breast, Wild rice, Veggie, Salad. And there you have it a sample day.

dude people learn that crap in like 2nd grade

strawberries and pineapple for breakfast

banana snack

carrots and celery w lunch (dip in ranch etc..)

broccoli with dinner
eat lots of salads too

I'm not sure if this helps, but i really like eating berries, just because they taste good and are healthy. There's also a lot you can do with them, like mix them with other fruit, or put them in cereal and such.

If you don't eat meat except fish, then i suggest eating eggs for breakfast to get your protein. Or even peanut butter as well.

But it's also important to get your dairy! if there's absolutaly NOTHING you like, then maybe try soy milk?

Hope this helped :)

find healthy things that you like and substitute those for the junk food

I'd try for a low fat diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Half a grapefruit in the morning with oatmeal, for instance; salad with low fat dressing for lunch with grilled shrimp or salmon, followed by an orange or apple; dinner fish and vegetables, 1 piece of whole wheat bread, strawberries for dessert. For snacks, raw vegetables, a cup of grapes, 1/4 cup of raisins. You should try to get about 1200 calories a day. Good luck. I wish you well.

High fiber foods, they raise your metabolism and digest quickly. You should think more about meat, fish and lean chicken and meat is high in protein and is good for your body.

Also foods like Lettuce and other greens that actually burn more calories when eating and digesting then they have in them in the first place, you actually lose your total calorie intake! You can look up those foods by typing "negative calorie foods" into Yahoo or google.

Breaklfast:a cereal like rice bubbles or cornflakes or just right or something, or yogurt and muesli and fruit (my personal favourite), or toast with light cream cheese.

Lunch: salad are good or salad wraps rolls or sandwitches if you dont like dairy do salad and meat eg beef lamb chicken (not ham-is very processed and fattening)

dinner:grilled meats and vegies rice, pasta with uncreamy sauces, potatos (homemade potato chips are good,) barbies, stirfry or fried rice and snack on fruit yougurt and try to avoid nuts they are very fatty by dry muesli is really good

Potatoes- boiled, scalloped, baked
Whole Wheat Bread
Long Grain Rice
Wild Rice
Yogurt
Chicken Steak-Lean
Lean Burger
Whey Protein Powder
Whole Grain cereals
Soy Milk
Salmon
Tuna
Pollock
Sardines
Olives
Beans
Whole grain Pasta
Eggs-boiled,scrambled,omelet
French toast...
You can pretty much eat anything as long as you use healthy ingredients and as long as you are preparing it at home.

complex carbohydrates (not sugary sweet stuff) but fruits vegetables, whole grains,
lots of fruit/veggies
YOGURT is wonderful and aids in digestion
drinking lemon water is a natural diuretic so you will loose water weight
eating raisins and prunes will clear out your intestines

complex carbs also help your mood because your body is not so sluggish as it is when it is processing simple sugars, so you will not feel as unhappy or depressed if you limit simple sugars and you'll also have the energy to exercise

you need to count your calories daily and limit them to 1200/day and stay away from empty calories (butter, sour cream, sodas) instead opt for juices and spreads which are beneficial, try coconut oil for toast or yogurt spreads

keep exercising
if you must snack or if you have lots of cravings for sweets or snacks, try 100 calorie packs, they have cookie bites, cheese nips, ritz crisps, nutter butter bites and many other great perfectly portioned snacks....if you're like me, theyll help out alot because i gotta have something sweet sometimes!

Try looking up in some recipe books or asking
a dietitian.
Like maybe you could make a fruit salad
for break feast. Maybe for lunch you could
have celery sticks and peanut butter with some
tic tac's (their only 1 calorie per packet)
and for dinner you could buy some ham and some cheese (jarlesberg) wrap them around each other and put them on
a tooth pick (their really nice) you could also buy your own
ice cream maker and make low fat icecream?

Hope This Helps :D
