What can stop me eating ?!


Question: recently ive been binging at night ... and yes ive put on weight ... but i need to loose it fast
but i need something in my head that will stop me from eating

im having the same problem at the moment.
the thing that i have found works the most is to brush my teeth then take a sip of orange juice. then nothing tastes nice so u dont want to eat.

Try crocheting or knitting....it wil keep your hands busy and keep your mind on other things. Any hobby really will help :)

buy a stress ball, and a lot of broccili

big bowl of ice, and gum, and water. also, just do a hobby, u can turn it around, when ur normally eating, u can exercise, but dont do that too late into the night....

keep yourself busy, talk to your friends on the phone,
drink Water when you at home, don't watch TV
move, move, move, don't buy junk food,
clean up in your refrigerator

eat alot of dehydrated food and then drink water

yes keep yourself busy, clean the house, run around, turn on some music and dance..

or if you really have to eat something, eat fruit/veggies or drink lotsa water so you cant hold anything in your stomach..

make yourself some vegetable juice i just began jucing on jan.6 and i've lost 11lbs, in 1 month!!! and snack on nuts or if u have a sweet tooth attack try a slimfast shake there good but make sure u have a meal with chicken or fish in it per day

Try sewing....your mouth shut....

Try eating supper later in the evening so you aren't going so long before bed with out food and having a healthy snack (fruit veggies) before bed
Drink lots of fluids to keep your stomach full
Chewing gum or keeping your hands busy, a lot of times we eat just for the sake of eating
It's going to take awhile to shrink your stomach down and allow you to fill up quicker on smaller amounts of food.

don't eat 2 hours prior to going to sleep.
Drink water- and if you get cravings chew sugar free gum.
Usually if I start to get hungry, I just go to sleep.
But I have to wake up really early so it works for me. Try to keep your mind off of food by doing something you enjoy or something that is mind numbing.

Please stop, make yourself Stop I have been doing the same thing for years and now weigh 333 pounds please get help an anti-anxiety treatment eating bring comfort like when we were babies and mother would give us a soothing warm bottle of milk, but now we are grown and it does not work like that plz stop,,,, Its painful to realize that everyone has a solution, but the one hurting inside are us who think differently and are so desperate for some love and understanding plz STOP

There was this show that I watched on Discovery Health about a woman who lost 20 dress sizes by switching her meals around. She got up early in the morning, made dinner for her family, had a normal lunch, and something like a bowl of cereal at dinner time. I don't know if this helps, but good luck!

You are binging because you view certain foods as totally off-limits. Officially allow yourself moderate portions of these foods and eventually they will become less appealing.
