Quickest way to loose weight fast?!
Question: and NO eating disorder stuff ok? i want to do it healthy

so would u make me a workout shedule per day?! And PLEZZ dont over work me cuzz im only 13!! and tell me about how long wut machine and i thot bikes bulid muscle so it wod make my thighs fater so tremills the best rite???
and so a shedule and tell me about wut speed..and tell me about how much time it will take to loose a pound following ur shedule (i no i spelled it rong)
and maybe a meal plan..
i dnt eat meat (im a vegartiran and i also dnt eat seafood!) and im kinda a picky eater..
and any easy way to curb ur appitie late at night wen i can never fal asleep cuzz im huingry so i eat ALOT and water never fills me.........................................

ok have mom or dad get you these noodles....they're called White Yam Noodles they're from this company called 'Shirakiku' they're in bags, with a liquid in them, just rise them out, and like boil them in a Veggie broth(15 calories)
ok you're a veggie-eater ok....let's see
oatmeal...with either water so its only (150 cals)
or try it with some unsweetened almond milk its at Trader Joe's only 40 calories per cup(8oz) so have 1/2 cup of the Blue Diamond Almond Milk, Unsweetened (20 calories)
& with the oatmeal. have a SMALL banana(80-90 calories)
lunch: Andy Boy salad (which is 6 lettuce leaves for) (20) with some FF(Fat Free Ranch salad dressing) (45 calories per every Tablespoon) water, and some fruit...
Dinner: Eggplant, with pasta, and some salad, and then have some SF(sugar free) Jell-O (10 calories)

I have a lot more plans, that'll help you out. If you need soda then have this "Enviga" only 5 calories per can or...if you like Diet Coke its only 1 cal per can unless you want Diet Coke Lime the bottle which has 3-5 calories)

OK...
20 minutes on a treadmill per day would do just fine. Try and 'spike' your workout by walking a little bit faster for 1 minute out of every 4 or so. Spiking your workout burns most calories.
If you want to go more intense, add a few minutes of stairmaster a couple times per week.
Buy inexpensive 5 pound weights and lift with your arms a couple times per week. This will make them look good for summer.
Keep ALL snacks between 100-200 calories. Make meals 200-300 calories. Drink lots of water. THE ZONE has some tasty chocolate nutrition bars with vitamins that I eat for breakfast. They are very satisfying.
Take your vitamins. It may not be super fast, but doing this will keep the weight off!
