Healthy Snacks?!


Question: So I've now given up unhealthy snacks as in chocolates, cakes, candies, and anything else really that is in those categoires. I could use some ideas of healthy snacks that can be eaten in between my meals to tied me over with out adding the weight! Any suggestions would be great!!!

cereal bars like special k, um... protein bars (remember to exercise) fruits, veggies, wheat thins, toast, cheeses, raisins, oatmeal; just don't eat this all at once. cheers!

Fiber one bars are my favorite snack. They taste very good and also are very good for you and keep you feeling full for a long time. Fruits and veggies are also always good... but they don't keep you as full.

Good for you for wanting to eat healthier. Good snacks are cereal bars, yogurt, trail mix, fruit, cheese and crackers and lots of water.

Nuts and fruit are my staple. I also enjoy cottage cheese and yogurt.
