yeah the lady above me is right but you should also try to eat healthy read seventeen magazine they have some good work outs and they worked i lost like five pounds in a week but i followed the routine in it and maybe 25-50

don't worry about how u look! i was like you and i regret it! lol but if u want an answer, do like 10 and then when u can do them without a challenge, raise it by 5 or so

start with as many as you can the n gradually start increasing it by 5 or 10 every say 10 times you work out. i started at 25 and i can now do 110. my stomach is fairly flat. i did them every day

Do 25 everyday for a week then add 5 more every week untill you get to 100. your young you can do it.

situps are bad for your back it puts too much strain on your back. instead of doing that do stomach crunches that ones better. here's how 2 do it.where while lying on your back, using your ab muscles and keeping your back straight, you rise up just enough to lift your shoulders off the ground, are better. Do them often - perhaps for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. or you could just do it until you are exhausted. i know it helped me alot since i started doing it, so i am sure it would benefit you also. i hope this helps.

Exactly. Don't do sit ups. It's bad for your back and it's not effective to flatten your stomach.
