Is it ok to drink milk before exercise?!


Question: i am overweight and trying to loss weight is it ok to eat or drink something and exercise? i heard if we eat something and exercise with excess weight that will leads to muscle growth like body builders is that true? i want to reduce my weight not to increase

Its much better for u to drink milk after Excerscise..
The gap must be of half an hour, in order to maintain your body eating protein foods after drinking milk will be a lot useful....

milk is fine! Its really healthy and studies show that drinking milk in addition to a reduced calorie diet will increase the rate of weight loss than in someone who doesn't drink milk. Just try nonfat instead of whole milk.

no u should avoid milk before exersise and keep a check on ur diet its important for weight loosing,doing exercise with empty stomach will burn more calories.
