Beans, Some Cereals, Sometimes Chicken

Whole grains (oatmeal, 100% whole wheat, bran), most vegetables & fruits, beans.

Well, first of all, chicken ain't high fiber, unless you are eating the feathers. Oats are fantastic, vegetables eaten raw, and some fruits eaten with skins on.

prunes but becareful dont eat to many i made that mistake once

I recently heard that kiwi fruit and strawberries are really high in fibre cuz of the little seeds, and that your body needs wet fibre, like them and dry fibre, not many people know that, they think they just have to eat bread and cereals etc

General Mills Original Fiber One cereal has a really high dose of fiber in 1/4 cup. You can even get recipes to make muffins and such. The flavor is good--I just use another high fiber cereal with it.

Vegetables, beans, fruit, some whole grain breads - But I LOVE Fiber One cereal with honey clusters. Tastes great, and it's about 50% of your daily fiber intake in one bowl.

if you are looking for something specific- fiber one makes granola bars that have 35% of your daily intake of fiber and OMG they are so good. there is oats and chocolate, oats and peanut butter, and oats and caramel. i have tried the chocolate and peanut butter and they are both AMAZING. i want to try teh carmel soon. they are a best life product too- and they taste like freakin candy bars! you can get them in any grocery store with all the other granola bars and usually there arent that many of them left- another sign of how amazing they are! haha. hope i helped<3

i get my fiber from raisin bran
