Confused with all these diets..?!


Question: candida diet is very similar to Atkins diet...

well some swear by Atkins diet saying that it should be what people must eat and bla bla

and then there`s idea of alcalinity and acidity of the body, that suggests that Atkins diet is uberacidic and can kill you.

it even tells you what to eat to rid yourself of candida and most of it alcaline meaning the stuff that would trigger candida...for example sugar-heavy fruits...

i feel really bad sometimes if i eat some alcaline foods, say, avacado- makes me extremly bloated, but at the same time i feel perfect if i eat corn chips(acidic)...however some acidic stuff makes me sick too...

where is the logic of all these diets? worst thing is one(doc) might say tomatos are good while on candida diet, the other might say it`s bad.

There are no shortcuts.

My football weight was 220,13% body fat

Since the end of the season I am down to 180 10%

I eat six times a day small meals
-white meat/no dark meat
-dark carbs/no white carbs
-good fats like eggs/olive oil-no processed fats
-almost no sugar
