better spread your calories over as many meals as possible. this way your body doesnt reach a state where its hungry and feels it needs to lower the metabolism to store energy.
so add the missing meal but diminish the quantity you eat in each of your meals.
however, dont go below your bmr !!
if you go below the required daily calories you'll go into starvation mode and actually gain weight and or get sick

You should stop doing that. Instead, just eat small meals throughout the day and it will help speed up you metabolism. That in itself burns calories and fat faster than any diet out there. It's more of a practice with your body diet instead of putting your body into shock mode.

It depends, if you are really underweight for your height and weight and you start eating the daily recommended amount of calories every day then yes you will gain weight. However this will probasbly stop once you reach the healthy weight range for your ratio.

The chances of you gaining alot of weight fast and getting sick or fat are VERY slim so go ahead and do iT, you have nothing to worry about.
