How can I burn 700 calories a day at home?!


Question: skipping can burn up to 1000 calories an hour if your going at a medium pace also pushups and sit ups and squats,lunges and squat jumps burn huge amounts of calories.

there are lots of home excersizes u can do...

push-ups...sit-ups...jump ropes...umm o yeah...do six inch situps.

That's a tall order. Running would be great, but I don't know if that's considered "home." I don't know if you mean you want to stay in your home, or if you don't want to join a gym!
So there's running. you'd start gradually and build up to an hour or more a day. Be sure to warm up and cool down, by stretching.
Or, you could invest in a treadmill. WalMart has one for $99.99. It tells you exactly how many calories you're burning.
