How many calories shod i eat per day and how many shod i workoff?!


Question: im 13
a vegarteran
kinda a picky eater
dont eat meat or seafood
not crazy bout veggies
love fruit (oranges,apples w/ cinamon,starberries w/ splenda (like 10 packets!LOL) bananas
and so cod u pleezz maybe make me a meal plan??and say how many cal my total intake wod be?and leave options?????and grams and protein , blah -blah....
and a workout plan..
how many caloires shod i work off??????per day??...............

i have tredmill
bike and stair master
and bike makes ur thighs bigger sooooo..
and at wut speed and 4 how long?????

ok so meal plan-
breakfest
oatmeal is good and its low fat and will give u energy!with maybe a banana (only ONE per day!)
and maybe a fruit smoothie! with frozen fruit,100% real fruit juice (low cal!) and maybe 1 packet of splenda! Dont use 10 packets on ur strawberrys! splenda may not be fattening but its not healthy for your body! use only up to 5! no more then 6 packets in all a day! but try for even less like 3 or 4 or 2....
eat lots of fruit for snacks!
evr day have 2 tsp. peanut butter for protein with as many ritz cracker as u like (no more then four...but 2 tsp will not go along way....)
and for a special sunday breakfest have froot loops with 1/3 less sugar! or any breakfest have 2 eggs any way u like, and 1 piece of whole grain or mulit grian toast...and vo8 juice or a smoothie!!

lunch-try a veggie wrap!!
try a whole grain or muliti grain wrap or a peter pocket....use lettuce,tomatoes, one picec lowfat american cheese and 3 tsp mayo...or have just 2 tsp peanut butter with some ritz crakers and a fat free jello or pudding or have crackers with some low-fat cream cheese and grape or straw berry jam

dinner-try a morning star chick pattie or boca burger! with either a low fat bun or not. have it with lettuce 6-8 pieces and some ketchup if ud like
or for dinner any smart ones meals by weight watchers or lene cuwzene meal and brocli with maybe some (JUST A LITTLE!) velveta cheese
every day no matter which meal cod b dinner or lunch) have a salad! have it with romaine luttuce and maybe 1/3 cup mixed cheeses and tomatoes and lowfat dressing of ur choice (can have some croutonz if u want)
for an ocshional dessert u can have 2 oreos
snacks-any fruit u like
carrots with ranch
quaker otas rice cakes (any flavor u want)
gronala bar (low fat)
yogert (low fat)
crystal lite or speacail k20 water
100 calorie snack packs (any one)
or realli any low cal snack
keep snacks between 50-200 calories and eat up to three per day..
at nite wen ur hungry have yogert or some worm milk (it helps!) with cinamon and/or a banana (if u didnt have one for breakfest!)

workout-
use ur tredmill that is the key to a lean body!
try to do 15-20 min evry other day (or if ud like evry day)
and once a week (any day)
do tredmill for 30-60 mins (instead of 20)
and bike for 10-15
and stair master for 10-20
they can be on seperate days! or the same!
try to do 100 crunchs evry day and 20 push ups and 100 jumping jacks!
instead of sitting on the comp all day go out and play!!

i stuck to this plan and it helps!!

Eat fruit with every meal (3 meals), have 3 servings of veggies (raw) and have only one banana in the fruit section. For snacks have one baby carrot. Eat 1 TBSP peanut butter every day. Eat oatmeal for breakfast and a grain with your lunch and dinner.

15 min. on treadmill jogging
then moderate speed on the bike for 30 min
10 min stairmaster

Honey, are you okay? Sounds like you are a little obsessed! Stop concentrating on food and excercise and calories and start living! You don't need someone to work out a meal plan for you, eat what you like. Eat plenty, and eat well (a mix of everything), and keep active, and you'll be fine! Don't do weird work-outs,, its just not necessary!

See a nutritionist about your diet you don't seem to be getting nutrients you need for a healthy body.

You are getting sugars from all that fruit & Yes fruits contain fructose ( a sugar) for you brain to work but the other nutrients you are missing.

As for working out you are 13 its not healthy mentally to be so obsessive about food & exercise

Eat healthily exercise moderatly grow into a beautiful healthy woman not a stick figure.
