no the whole wheat and honey, honey oat, is worse for you calorie/fat wise then white bread.

whole wheat with turkey or chicken breast, all the veggies you want, no cheese, and red wine vinaigrette, oil and vinegar, OR sweet onion sauce.

Get terriyaki chicken - with vidalia onion sauce - on wheat
yummy!

Get turkey without mayo, cheese or oil. Make sure to put veggies on it, and some mustard if you would like.

The wheat is the healthiest because it has fiber, which the refined white bread does not have.

I get the bran bread with turkey lettus tomato and mustard or a vinegrette and skip the cheese and chips and drink, opt for a bottled water..

the 6 inch wheat with turkey breast, no cheese, lots veggies, mustard, no mayo. roughly 280-350 calories
Even better would be to make salad with turkey on top and lot
of veggies, they also have a fat free ranch to put on top. roughly 200 calories, so you can add some baked chips!

ps: the wheat is not 100% whole wheat, so it isnt as healthy as you may think.

Counting calories is an unhealthy habit. Go with your mom and pick out something you like - odds are it will be extremely healthy, considering that it is Subway. Eating a veggie delight without cheese or mayo is not normal, nor is it healthy. You need at least some protein and fat in your diet, regardless of whether or not you need to lose weight. For the most part, dinner should count as 1/3 to 1/4 of your daily caloric needs, meaning anywhere from 450-900 calories. My personal advice would be to go along with, find something that sounds good, and eat it. Food shouldn't be that complex.
