Never heard of the "Maka Cleanse lemonade diet", but I have done several different kinds of "Master Cleansers", to detox my body. Don't know if that is the same type of thing you are referring to. The Master Cleansers do usually cause a small amount of weight loss.....(they cleanse the colon)
