Off season work outs??!


Question: ok i just got down with basketball and im in pretty good shape from it, but track is in march and i dont want 2 get out of shape.
i plan on shotput & diskus but still have 2 do conditoning which is ALOT of running.
any good workouts?

lots of running, swimming and light weight work to keep the muscle strength (2 upper body sessions a week) the running should take care of the legs and abs but do leg lifts and crunches at least every other day.
