Diet Problemm HELP plzz !?!
Question: okay so ive started the south beach diet about a month ago and i started out at about 140 and then u went down to 135 then 138 and now im 142 i dont get it ...... im not messing up or cheeting on my diet .. whats wrong ???? i feel like quiting my diet when this happens !!!!!
has this happened to anyone else ?
it makes NOOO since to me .... i dont know if this happens to everyone or what ... help plzz !

If you have been exercising on top of that your gaining muscle and that's why your gaining weight if your not then you should try a different diet

i think you should stick with it for a while longer and then see if it works!
