How can i lose weight????!


Question: i have been walikng and drinking water no sodas very little juice i want to lose a gud 25lbs because of health problems the doctor said i need to change my eating habats which i am but what are some good home excersies that dont cost money im bout to be 17 im 4 10 and 160 but i look good its just my mid section and at least 5 pounds from my thighs

eat plenty of fresh vegetables - boiled, but not deep-fried. Avoid fats & carbohydrates. eat plenty of protiens like eggs, banannas & other fruits. Try avoiding meat - fish is ok, as it keeps u young & agile. Two cod lever oil capsules ( Seven Seas ) a day should help u. Drink plenty of water. Substitute lemon juice for coffee, tea or any other drink.

Go for long walks or jogging everyday. Also do Yoga, meditation & other exercises at home. if u r still young, u may try pull-ups to increase ur height. And play games like basketball. try swimming and playing out-door games to keep fit.

Sleep well too. Keep a strict regimen of healthy habits everyday.

Do you have any stairs/steps at home? You can jog up and down them or just step up and down on one step.

There are plenty of exercise videos on youtube that you can do in your home.

Read food labels and avoid eating foods high in calories from fat.

Also eat more vegetables and less fatty flesh of killed animals.

After minimizing fat calories, the next thing to do is to reduce total calories. Again read food labels of everything you eat and get to know how many calories you are consuming.

Record your weight on a daily basis and log that on a chart or in a column so you can see your progress.

Be dedicated and persistent and know that you will eventually succeed.

u got to work out a lot.

you should learn how to eat good and how to take care of your body. be careful of information given to you and use good judgment and research all information regarding health. there is no easy way to lose weight. its about being healthy and taking care of yourself good luck

Seriously, eliminate as much hydrogenated oils from your diet as you can. you will be AMAZED at how much this helps. Also, exercise.
