Stomach bloat. Help!?!

Question: I realise that my stomach gets completely bloated up after i eat fruits or rice. What should I do? I dont think I'm lactose intolerant because when i was a child-preteen i used to tak atleast 5 glasses of milk a day. I dont think it's fat because i have toned arms, legs...
Any suggestions?

carbs and sodium help you retain water, typically bodybuilders will resort to a Very low starch and sugar intake (fibers good tho) before a show to minimize water weight. So adapt a higher fat protien and lower your carb intake a little bit.
edit: i was just using bodybuilders as an example they cut there carbs to virtually 0 before a show to minimize waterweight and look as toned as possible, im not suggesting you cut carbs like that but just slightly adjusting ur diet with less carbs and more protien/fats in its place would help you look more defined thru the day (also dont get to much sodium and drink lots of water)

maybe you took it in too quickly?

As someone mentioned, these are carbs...while in different forms, carbs all the same. When someone gets bloated after eating carbs it usually signals to me that you have yeast in your digestive tract. VERY common...and something that actually feeds off of sugars, carbs, yeasty foods (bread/cheese etc), stress and certain medications. You can try taking digestive enzymes with meals or some acidophilus a couple times a day to start getting rid of it. There is also that 'Danactive' yogurt out now and a milk product called Kefir (stores and health food stores) that also has acidophilus in it..helps to control yeast etc.
