Thin-Normal-Fat?!

90-93 pounds (changes after i eat food)!
So could you tell me if Im thin, normal, or fat

Just a random question!

But I still wanna know becuase on BMI I'ts not really accurte becuase everybody has a different body construction!
My BMI is about 17.5-18.0 and My percentile is about 33-40%

Answer that question pleae and next question:
I it good to loose 2-3 pounds?

You are thin!
if you want to be more healthy just eat this type of food.

Eat healthy foods like:

Non-fat yogurt
fruits, fruit juices and water
Lots of veggies and salads
Tuna
broiled chicken breasts-just the recommended portion size
Healthy cereals like Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal
1% or Skim milk
baked potatoes
Whole-grain toast with a little bit of peanut butter. no regular butter.

Try not to eat foods like these everyday, but once in a while is a ok!!! :

fried food...
most mast foods
soda
Mayonnaise
Ranch dressing
Chocolate
cookies
candy
cake, pie, ice cream (a little is ok)
Sausage
pepperoni
hotdogs and most lunchmeats
sugary cereals
whole Milk
2 much bread and pasta
red meat
and pizza.

For snacks eat healthy food like apples, bananas, carrot & celery sticks, raisins, non-fat yogurt, grapes, a couple of crackers, sugar-free jello or pudding, etc.

Be HEALTHY!
dont loose any weight!!!, just focus on being more athletic and eating better.

Eat 50 pounds of rice in two minutes. That should solve your problem.

Im 5'2 and about 95 pounds and im healthy

u are thin. actaully lose a few punds more and you will be UNDERWIEGHT. do not try to lose mroe weight. if u're worried about all this try eating healthy and staying active. you won't lose wieght, but you'll be healthy and stay fit and create good habits to keep you fit for life.

You know your fat if you have giant dents in your butt cheeks and on your thys.

You also know your fat if your chin has a chin or you lack a visible sign of ankles. If your head just sits on your shoulders with no sign of a neck

i think your parents need to be more involved with the sites you go on, if you are realy concerned about your weight (or lack of) see a doctor.
