Hey you.

Heres the sad truth. The only way to lose weight fast is to stop eating, and exercise your brains out.... But this is obviously not healthy for you, and once you start eating properly, you will gain ALL the weight back, and then some.

I know peer pressure is hard, but you have to not let it bother you. Just take your time, and lose the weight slowly. At max, i suggest 3-4 pounds a week. And even that is overdooing it.

but trust me, if you stick to a slow and steady loss, you will be happier for the rest of your life :)

You can't do it healthily. What's the hurry? Worry about your health first.

Eat healthy foods like:

Non-fat yogurt
fruits, fruit juices and water
Lots of veggies and salads
Tuna
broiled chicken breasts-just the recommended portion size
Healthy cereals like Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal
1% or Skim milk
baked potatoes
Whole-grain toast with a little bit of peanut butter. no regular butter.

Try not to eat foods like these:

fried food...
most mast foods
soda
Mayonnaise
Ranch dressing
Chocolate
cookies
candy
cake, pie, ice cream (a little is ok)
Sausage
pepperoni
hotdogs and most lunchmeats
sugary cereals
whole Milk
2 much bread and pasta
red meat
and pizza.

For snacks eat healthy food like apples, bananas, carrot & celery sticks, raisins, non-fat yogurt, grapes, a couple of crackers, sugar-free jello or pudding, etc.

I get on brilliantly with nutracheck.co.uk. (If you're in another country, google 'food diary'.) Keeping a diary of what you're eating really does make you realise how much fat you actually consume. I've kept my diary for about 2 weeks now and I'm doing really well. Whatever you do DON'T go on a diet... a diet is something you go 'on' therefore, you at some point 'come off'. Just eat healthy, rather than barely anything.

five small meals a day and exercise at least three times a week for at least an hour. u lose at least 1 pound a week. it happened to me. oh and try not to eat more calories than you burn after u exercise
