Question: Thin...normal...or fat?? help??

91-94 pounds (changes after i eat food)!
So could you tell me if Im thin, normal, or fat

Just a random question!

But I still wanna know becuase on BMI I'ts not really accurte becuase everybody has a different body construction!
My BMI is about 17.5-18.0 and My percentile is about 40%

Answer that question pleae and next question:
I it good to loose 2-3 pounds?

If not how much Should I loose?

Btw, I DO NOT LOOK LIKE A STICK!

Yes you are normal. The best way to lose weight is to cut out all processed food and starches. Eat whole grain and lost of fruits and vegetables. Beans are great in fibre. Its not about what you weight .. what to lose,, but in how you eat. If you lose more than 2-3 thats great. Look at your diet and choose more organic. Drink lots of water. If you dont lose than it may be the wheat. Eat spelt or rye instead. Not only will you lose weight, but with exercise you will tone up and feel amazing. Load on the fruit and veggies and you can lose 3-7 lbs in a week! It all about the greens and NO RED MEAT. lean meats like chicken and turkey are better. Try to avoid dairy. Use spinach as a sourse of calcium.

No, you don't need to lose weight. You are perfectly normal.

The 40th percentile means that you are below average weight for your age/height. Although I just checkd and you are more like the 30th-35th percentile.

no your fine.. its not really about how much you wiegh.. its more about are you healthy.. healthy skinny and just skinny are two different things.. dont worry about losing weight your only 12.

You really shouldn't be worrying about this at twelve. Your body is going to go through so much changing that in five years, thats when you should start thinking more about it. It sounds like you're weight is totally fine. But i can't remember how much I weighed when i was 12. As long as you exercise and eat enough you should be healthy enough for now. Don't worry about it until you get older. unless you are into the 110+ lbs and 12 yrs old, then that might get bad. But you are fine.
