How to loose 15 pounds in a month!?!


Question: ok im 15 i am 5 8 [ya tall i no] and i weigh 130...i wanna go down 2 115- 120. and it has to be gone in a month b/c im going to flordia in march,aka bikini!. im not fat every1 says im skinny but i have lik a lower pooch sorta on my stomach, like a pot belly i guess,its not that bad but it will be for a swimsuit and my abs or stomach is hard under it but then it has lik that layer of fat ;p ew. and i wanna loose weight in my theighs nd butt. what is the best way to do this? what exersises?


also if it helps my eating habbits

breakfast
toast jam or my mom makes me eggs and toast
lunch i hav sandwhich juice and like cheetos or something

then dinner i have what my mom cooks lol =p

i lost 15 in one month too :)
anyway, every meal you have DRINK TEA!
tea speed up your metabolism, in a healthy way.
eat healthy.. but you can treat yourself to, like once a week.. treats as in like one cookie not mcdonalds.
workout by laying on the floor. while on your back put your legs up and move your legs side to side, up and down with out hitting the floor.
eat breakfast!!!!!!!!!
have light lunchs
one or two snacks about an hour apart
dinner!!!
dessert:: yogurt, strawberries with lowfat whipped cream

I'm no expert. I infact have weight to lose. = (

BUT I do know great technique. Swim the freestyle and breastroke. Then after swimming, work out on some gym equipment, then go swim some more. Works fast, works effective, and you get cooled down by switching from pool to machine. Hope it helps...

running is the best exercise out there. it burns tons of calories and is completely inexpensive. running works out all of your muscles and makes them nice and lean =] also is a great way to relieve stress.
