Did i mess up my diet??!


Question: ive been losing weight for a while, im 6'1 and i weigh 170 pounds,im also 16 years old,well today i ate


8:00 am=medium sized bowl of apple jacks(didnt drink the milk)

11:30 a=medium sized bowl of apple jacks(without drinking the milk)

went for a 2 mile walk


8:00 pm i went to golden corrals and ate

bbq pulled pork (medium bowl)
macoroni and cheese (medium bowl)
3 slices of thin crust pizza 1 pepporoni and 2 cheese
peaches
more peaches

You definately didn't ruin your diet. Just don't let this happen again for a while! Slip-ups will happen here and there. Don't let one stop you from continuing your diet.
With that being said, you can still have your cake and eat it to, so to speak. Just in moderation. You can go to restaurants like Gold Corral but don't eat so much junk! Instead of having three slices of pizza, have one. The fruit was a good choice so eating plenty of that is fine. Anything that you know is a no no just have a small portion.
Also, I find that instead of having a bowl of cereal, try a english muffin (whole wheat are the best and healthest and taste great) with some peanut butter (low fat) and make sure you toast it. I have one every morning and it keeps me full. I also have an apple with it. If you want any more advice let me know. Good luck!

nto to be rude but when you eat little then a hell of alot then you get huge its horrible for you mind and stomach

it definately wasnt healthy, but you did not mess up ..especially if you have been losing weight for a while..one day of bad is not going to mess up a long time of good. you see. i mess up once in a while ,yself, but i dont let it get me down...just do better tomorrow..no worries.

You ownt lose weight by eating apple jacks.

OR anything you ate really.

except for the peaches. All you ate was fat fat and more fat
