Question: My birthday party is a pool party and I need to look good I need a quick fix . Help thanks . Only constructive comments I know that crash diets or quick fixes aren't happy and stuff but it is super important .

well girl what i would do is eat different kinds of fish and steamed, baked or grilled and lot of fresh steamed veggies ONLY drink water and exercise EVERYDAY for atleast an hr or two you should be able to pull off at least 10-15lbs and lose a few inches here and there off your waste. GOOD LUCK GIRL:) I know it's not easy. Another option to add to this is trying a fat blocker or fat burner. Just becareful how much caffine you consume I would just drink water and only water as adding caffine to those pills can cause you to freak out

But have lots of fun passing out in the pool from lack of energy!

you would have to lose a little more than a pound a day and i will be completely honest it is not possible, however, you can definately tone up and lose about 1o to 15 pounds.
cut out breads -if you have to make sure theyre whole weat
cut out fatty junk food- no excuses
drink lots of water
exercise EVERY day if you want this to work
eat protien with complex carbs like egg whites with fruit

this will work i promise. there is no secret formula that is going to help you. you could try alli but that takes longer

ok well crah deits are bad but 22 days try hydroxy cut.....yeah it sound stupid but it works good but you will need to keep working out and drink LOTS of water!!! Also listen to the intake manual on the side of the bottle.

Plus if it freaks you out do research i know tons of body builders that use it to get cut quick

No matter WHAT diet you try, that is an impossible amount.
You should have started much earlier if you wanted to lose that much.
You MIGHT lose 10 if you starve yourself and exercise like crazy.

Focus on finding a swimsuit that really flatters your body--that is all you can really do for now.

so do it right eat lean protein and alot of veggies, no soda or sugar of any kind. drink alot of water. I lost ten pounds in one week doing it the healthy way and so can you ...good luck

You should of thought of that 6 months ago and lost 5 punds a month. You can go on a all fluid vegatable diet for one week to clean your system of the waste. Hydroxy Cut is a mix to lose weight however you must work out and consume water. Lay off the McD,Pizza.junk food and if you are serious you can accomplish this. Exercise!!!!!!!!

even if you stop eating all together, its impossible. the only way that that is possible is to amputate one of your legs. you would lose a lot if you stopped eating, not that much, probably about 15lbs, but youd probably die so i dont recommend it. try eating healthily and exercise that way you wont have to worry about quick fixes. anyway if you did stop eating you put on twice as much back when you started, so forget about it.

my dad's friend tried the lemon diet.. u cant eat at all
its umm a mix of lemon juice, water, cayenne pepper and maplesyrup.. umm its supposed to help u lose 1 lb a day.. my dad's friend tried it for like a month or so andhe DID lose weight.. but like after he lost the weight.. im guessing he got reaaallyy hungry so he started eating alot.. and gained it back -_-

the best would be just exercise daily and half the amount you eat usually. like if u eat 1 cup of rice.. half it. and drink alot of water..

if u wanted to lose it in 22 days.. maybeeeeeee the lemon diet would work.. but ur not getting alot of vitamins i guess...

but hey try it if u want but after the party... then eat regularly so u wont get sick

Maybe you should have considered dieting the right way a couple months in advanced.
I know ways but I strongly advise your not going to lose 30 pounds in 22days theres no way unless your working out everyday for hours on end and hardly eatting anything by the 22 days are up youll be dead or really sick its not worth it.
Try something healthy, diet the right way eat some healthy foods no sugar watch carbs, yoga, and exercise..
Maybe even consider changing you extremely important pool party a couple months if want to loose 30 pounds that bad...
just out of curiousity how much do you weight right now?

If you want lost weight 30 lbs in 22 days : you stay away from fatty food, high calorie, but you need to talk your doctor first. You can eat cereal every morning, lunch salad, and dinner measure what you eat . Also you still need to exercise 4days a week like aerobics is the best way. After that you look great, because I have a friend, she lost at leat 30lbs. when she join the aerobics class.
