What to do, what to do?!


Question: I'm in decent shape.. I'm 5'5 and weigh 95 pounds. I'm' NOT annhorexic or anything, i eat a ton of food every day. but thats off the point. i want to tone up my abs, arms, and legs. What are some ways to do this without having to go to the gym?

be more athletic. i used to have the same problem. i have a huge matabilism so i was really skinny. i wanted abs so when played sports i played them intensly now i have a six pack and a firm body but i did have to watch wut i ate cuz some of it made me have to wait longer especially for my abs! good luck on toneing

work out at home, play sports

Gyms are lots of fun! But... I would suggest 50 leg-ups a day (lay down holding something to stable you, and raise your legs up. Don't let your feet touch the ground. (five sets of 10.))

You do not need to do any cardio because you are at 95 pounds. You want to do weight training.
