How can I get rid of my big thighs.and my love handles?!


Question: I used to work at a local spa/gym.
There were some spot exercises for those areas.
By love handles if you mean area under the waist but on the sides.
From a kneeling position do "doggie lifts" raising leg bent at the knee up but to the side/s.
Do these in sets of 20. Work your way up, up, up.
Big thighs.... A weight system would work better on this area.
But since not everyone has them....
Try weights around the ankles... Holding onto the back of a chair or stool for balance, slowly swinging leg out to the left or right as far as possible, hold it there, then slowly let the leg down, going passed the other leg as far as possible then holding that position also. After set/s of 15 switch legs.
The weight islands in a gym have the resistance needed to make this work better when cuffed and lifting low weights a high number of times.
