How do i grow tall???!


Question: i m 15 yrs old and 5'1 n my mom is 5'0 and dad 5'6, i really want to grow tall can anyone suggest any suitable diet and exercise please help?and how much tall can i grow?

Cycling is the best way to increase the height, it actually increases the length of your legs
Increase the height of the cycles seat so that your legs reach for the pedals, do atl east 5km daily , and keep on adjusting the seat more. monthly. I am telling you this because at the age of 16 i was just 4'10" and for 2 years i did this and became 5"11" at the age of 18th, i use to go to college in my bmx.. try this, u will surely gain height in 2 weeks time. good luck

Drink milk.

u can;t do anything to get taller. u can do exersises to lose weight but not grow talle u can't control it.

i am so sorry to have to tell you this...but most of your growth is determined by your genetics, as your eye color and skin color, etc....

you may be able to squeeze and extra inch or something......but all the nutrition and exercise in the world will not make a short person tall...

sorry, you probably will only go 0-2 inchs more, it is mostly genes, and both of your parents are short

I am extremely short.
I have the same problem.

i feel the same way!
my mom is 5'0 and my dad 5'3.
i'm 5'2, and have been 5'2 for 2 years already.
15 years old also.
and it seems like i've stopped growing.
but my brother who is 14 is 5'4, and he's still growing.

milk doesn't seem to help me. =P

i once read in a magazine that.. u should sleep in a complete dark room at night for at least 9 hours each day, and drink 2-3 glasses of milk for over 1-3 yeas and you'll grow like 1-3 inches maybe.
i've never tried it..
first of all i like my night light.
second milk is eww.
thrid i sleep too late and wake up too early for skewl. =/

You can't fight your genetics, but if you don't get between 8-10 hours of sleep a night at your age you could stunt your growth. So try sleeping more and make sure you're drinking milk for Calcium and taking Vitamin D and K to help your body absorb the calcium.
