Any good excersizes that actually work?!


Question: i want thinner legs, stomach and a more in shape body. any ecxersizes that will work? without fancy equiptment?

There are many exercises you can do without machines.

For the legs, you can do step-ups (all you need is a step and you will be good to go, just alternate each food. approx 2min each side than switch), you can also do squats or lunges.

For the stomach you can do the plank (this is for the upper abdominal/chest), a push-up works both the stomach and arms, side-plank works the lower abdominals, sit-ups work the lower abs, and crunchs (make sure to keep your head facing the ceiling) works the upper abs,
