I'm 15, 5'4, and I weigh about 160 pounds. What should I do to get down !

if you want to lose weight, you must exercise and diet properly! that means, exercising for about 45 minutes 5 times a week and eating fruits, vegetables and protein. for exercise you could ride a bike, take a walk, or dance around in your living room! heres a diet that i think will help you:

breakfast: special k or kashi golean cereal or if you don't like cereal non-fat yogurt, fruit, and egg whites scrambled in 1 tsp of butter.

lunch: grilled chicken salad with low-fat dressing and a piece of fruit. don't forget to drink water to fill you up!

dinner: vegetables that are steamed, lean meat, and a little starch like a potatoe.

drink 64 oz of water daily and for snacks, eat fruit and veggies!

you are obese. i suggest lipo, and a stomach staple

well your female im assuming? I would recomend first looking at urself and seeing if there is alot there to lose and see if 120 would make you to skinny. Then i would say do alot of running and walking. If you decide to lift do it for reps and not weight drink alot of water and cut back on soda and late night eating.

eat less, excersize more. It doesn't take a Dr. to tell you this........

you should just try to eat healthy and exersize! lots of exersize tho........every day you should do somthin!oh and sports are a great way to lose weight and have fun at the same time! dance/exersize aerobic classes are fun 2!
