Exercise Help?!


Question: I'm 13 years old and weigh 138 pounds. I try doing push-ups, curl-ups, and 100 sit-ups a night but i never seem to lose weight. Does anyone have any advice.

you should do some cardio running, pilates, etc something that will keep you moving even taking brisk walks will help also remember to eat decently don't starve yourself you eat things in proportions and try to cut out as much junk food but you can still indulge once in a while hope that helps

look, you need to do cardio (escersize that keeps the heart rate up) try running, things that keep you going fast, and make the heart rate go fast =D

You are just targetting the same minor muscle, and are ignoring your cack, legs, shoulders, triceps and cardio, you need to vary your workout, I normally work a muscle once or twice a week.

well when u do ur sit-ups ur building muscle but ur belly is just goin to get bigger u ahve to lose the layer of fat. if u want to loose weight u have to do cardio. like jumping jacks, jumping rope, running, etc. and also eat healthy.
