I cans stick with dieting but not exercising?!


Question: I can stick to my diet but Ionly do like 5 minutes of exercise and then I get bored. Any tips on how to stick to exercise too?

no, you need to set sertin times that you will exercise, like a secudal. And make sure you stick to the diet, no cheating, if you cheat there is not point in the diet. Exercise is really easy. If you have a hobbie: running, gymnastics, or alost any thing can be turned into an excerise. do it with friends, then you will not be bored and want to quite, and every one is always is compatition, so make the best of it, be betterthen them.

I love books on tape. You get so involved you forget what you are doing. My gym also has TVs with cable on all the machines.

find something you like doing that is excercise. Like snowboarding, or a sport.

Yes I know a health expert through my brother that says its impossible to diet and not excercise so maybe that will motivate.

Shame on you. get an i-pod or mp3, book, tv ect. and get on the tredmill.

do it together with other friends, or join a class... I can relate, because on my own, I don't usually stick with it too long, but have had much better luck joining a class....

Put on your favorite radio station and dance!

hey i just to be just like you so i just quit excersicing and i still lose 35 pounds last year all you have to do is count your calorie intake keep ajournal and write everything you eat i can asure you that if you eat 1200 calories a day every day for a week withou failing one day you csn lose up to two pounds but, if you want to lose it faster you can try to eat 500 which is not safe if you do it for a long period of time you could lose 1 pound a day

i use my ipod or i usually do it in front of the tv and just concentrate on that while i exercise.

but i do agree exercising was so boring for me when i started.

Find someone you love spending time with and work out together. This can be anything from a walk around the park to a bike ride to ice skating, running, playing frisbee,anything that gets your heart pumping blood! Plus, it won't feel like excercise! Good luck!
