Could i lose 10 pounds by april 1st?!
Question: im 5ft4in and 130
i want to get in 120
mainly just slimming down a little.
i already look fine in a bikini, but i want to look GOOD in one.
and 10 pounds will definently make that diffrence.if i work out 4 days a week
and dont eat any junk food, will i lose 10 pounds?

yes you can, i lost 5 pounds in a week (but i was sick), so just try to eat less and excersise more and youll probably lose more than10lbs by april1st! You Can Do It!
Yes, you can. Stay consistent.
Run on the tredmill (or outside if you dont have one) and do crunches and situps every other day and you'll get toned and lose weight.
if you're losing weight the right way (not water weight from starving yourself..) you're supposed to be able to lose 2-3 pounds a week that will in the end stay off.. if you starve yourself it will come back. i promise
