Too much water can kill you (it was on news about a year or so ago)

Its true, it happened here in MA. A radio station was having a contest on who could drink the most water in so many minutes and a woman died from drinking too much water. Its called water intoxication and it has to do with electrolyte imbalance. Your body loses sodium when you drink too much too fast.

yes it is true

Yes it's true. Drinking more than a gallon in a shoirt amount of time can kill you.

I agree. People should drink when they are thirsty. Unless something is drastically wrong, your body will let you know when to drink.

U Should drink 1 to 2 ltrs of water everyday. So u can keep yourself fit

well they recommend 8 pints of water per day well if you reckon you can cope spenting time visiting the toliet a lot yes you can drink a lot . but i suggest not before you go a bed as you will spent more time wee weeing and not getting enough sleep.

Too much water can kill you but I don't know how much is too much. I used to drink about 2 gallons every day until I found out I was diabetic (that's one of the symptoms).
