Is this enough exercise?!


Question: im 14, about 5'3 and i weigh around 123 pounds. everyday i walk for about 5 min in the morning to get the subway, same for the end. i take ballet lessons on tuesdays for an hour, and i dance for 3 hours on fridays. i swim sundays and mondays for about an hour 15 min.

i eat breakfast in the morning, and have lunch at around 11 15ish (school period), sometimes i eat a pop tart, along with a turkey sandwich and water. and i dont eat anything until 4 20.

is this enough for someone like me? is this enough for a flat stomach? what exercises do i need to do? and how long will it take?

Yes, that is perfect for a 14 year old. If I were you , I wouldn't worry about slight body imperfections. Worry about that when you are an adult. Remember, you are still growing, so let your body do its thing. You seem like you are already in great shape, keep it up!

your exercise sounds good, but if you need to lose weight, maybe you should cut out the poptart. try substituting it with a yummy fruit.

On those off days you can try cardio workout and also do ab crunches. Eat well also. If you are eating wrong then you'll just get bigger. Try to look for stuff over the net. I hope I helped.

I'm 14 and i'm not exactly where i want to be
i take 5 different dance lessons and i snowboard, and walk. I havent seen any results !
Even when i cut back on foods i like!
