they are both good. if u are trying to build muscle cottage cheese would be best as the casein in it is digested slowly throughout the night. eggs are a good source of protein just digested a bit faster. eat 1 whole egg for every 3 egg whites. if u only eat 2 or 3 eggs then make them all whites.
hell ya ...sometimes at the end ofmy day if ive eaten as many calories as i want to ....but im a little hungry...i will boil 5-6 eggs and just eat the whites of them with some salt and pepper...its good...and its good for you to.

make sure you chew it well has you dont want to go to bed and wake up in the middle of the night with crampy indigestion
