Workout help needed!?!

Question: I'm not very overweight, however I really need help on tightening my arms and losing a couple of pounds (I'd say about fifteen). I am around 5'2" and 120lbs. I just got five pound weights. Fat seems to really deposit on my upper arms, so I'd really like to work on getting rid of it.

Also, the fat around my sides could use some burning as well so that they don't stick out over my jeans as much. And finally, I've been working on eating healthier. Anything that I should cut out completely or that I should be eating more often to fit my needs? Thank you so much.

From what you've written I would say stick to using your own body weight to exercise. It should be sufficient. Press ups, sit ups and the like.

Circuits:
20 Squats (no weight)
10 Press ups
10 Crunches

Do it without rest in cycles. See how many cycles you can do and try to build on it. Aim for 30 in 30 mins (1cycle per minute)

just cut calories, make your your eating less then your using in a day, keep your meals small and numerous and measure everything don't guess and you'll tighten up all those areas. the more exercise you get the more calories u burn pretty much so exercise too.

I'm going through the same thing! I'm 5'2 and about 120. this is what I'm doing..go with one thing at a time. like the first two weeks go without a sweet. like cream, or a candy. whatever u really like. Then keep going with that. Good Luck!

not a big issue..... jst hit out at some gym.
do rigorous cardio n top it up wid a li'l of weight trainin n dumbles.... u'll have what u want in a month's tym.
dont worry.... stay cooooooooool !!!!
