When people get so obese that they can't walk should the government give the!

Question: No! This is not a disability, but a life style decision. If all the fat folk would be told the truth about their condition, and dropped from all insurance and health care plans, the cost for the rest of us would be less. The health problems caused by obesity seem to be endless. Of all the things America leads the world in, why should obesity be one of them.

So they can get more junk food on the taxpayers dollar? NO

No, they should be shot.

Food stamps are provided to those who cannot afford to make a basic living, which includes food as well as shelter and employment. Food stamps are intended to be a temporary measure until the recipient can be more self sufficient, and is tied to the individual's ability to find a job and support themselves.

Obesity is a health problem that is both physical as well as psychologcal. Obesity ,especially the grossly obese you refer to, need medical care and counseling, regardless if they receive Food Stamps or not -- thier source of food is not relevant to that issue.

Food stamps are a poltical solution to unemployment an poverty. Obesity is a health problem. The two are completely different issues.

Nope. Let them crawl to the dumpster and dig for their food.

Just kidding! Morbid obesity is the result of a very complex physical and emotional imbalance that is not well understood.
There is no simple fix, including stomach stapling or lap band, tho that might help some.

Fact is tho that without access to readily available food, they'd never have become obese. Not a problem at all in most 3rd world countries.
