Do you have a workout regimen you stick to every morning/or evening?!

Question: If so how did you start it and how do you discipline yourself to do it? What drives you to keep it up? How do you fit it in to your day?
I have 3 children and a job that allows me to work from home most days. But still find it hard to make myself work out.

I have 3 children and a job that allows me to work from home most days. But still find it hard to make myself work out.

I'm a college student and also work 25+ hours a week, but I find time almost every day to work out. I run around 25 miles a week, do 3 classes of spinning, and do at least 2 hour long strength training routines. It's hard sometimes to fit all of this in my schedule but working out and being in shape is a part of my life. I think that is the key to it. I feel like a part of me is missing or something when I don't do my daily routine. I run between classes and go to a spinning class after I get off work at 8:30pm.

Granted, I don't have 3 kids to look after, but I think there are still things you can do. If you have the finances, buy a treadmill or just start to walk/run outside. Also, buy some 5-8lb hand weights and buy a DVD for strength training. During the DVD, if one of your kids need you, you can simply put the DVD on pause!
Honestly, the key to working out is making it a part of your life. Good luck!!!

yes... 1 hour weight lifting, and 30 minutes cardio

think of the benefits ;)

Generally I lift weights while at my computer (Started when I was bored, har har! I can type extremely fast with both hands and can type with one at a time so I can switch after 50 or so) just out of boredom for an hour or two.
I just do it while at my computer doing whatever I'm doing . Keeps me occupied... Maybe you could try exercising with you're kids so they get a workout too? It'd be healthy for you and your kids. :D

Yes, I do...

I found this program on line, and it rocks.

Its made just for moms, and you can get results in only 15 min a day, 3 days a week.

The short amount of time you need, and the fact that I can do it at home, really made me stick to it!
