Will i lose fat eating 1500?!


Question: Will i lose body fat if i eat 1500 cal a day. I exercise 5 days a week and weigh 100 pounds. Please understand that i'm at a healthy wt. but have a high body fat %!

1,500 calories a day plus exercising 5 days a week should reduce your weight.

Swimming is very good for slimming and toning and the more laps every day the better.

Sounds like your real problem is not a weight problem but a lack of muscle problem and you need some toning for which swimming is ideal.

Still, 100 is a good weight. But we need to know your height and age too. I think that's cutting it at a major point, but I really need more info.

Don't eat any less than you do, just do aerobic exercises and eat healthier. Eat vegetables and fruits and don't eat grease.

If you have a high bf% but your weight is okay, that means you need more muscle. I'd some weights into your routine and up the protein intake because of it.

maybe. but not as much a percentage of it, as if you did cardio exercise. without adding cardio along with eating healthier, you'll likely lose more muscle and water, and not as much fat. and believe me, you don't want to lose muscle. 1lb of muscle burns around 50 calories an hour, while 1lb of fat burns around 1 calorie.
