I quit smoking a few months ago, and working out helps with the depression that comes with quitting, helps me keep my mind off smoking, and take out some anger. I just do it now to take out some anger because our society promotes stupidity too often.

I work out because:
-Health
-Makes me feel good
-Stay in shape (keep my figure)
-Fun, with my friends and brothers and boys (we have this fitness class at school with our brother school, thats mainly why I work out so much)
Note: I am only 13 so thats why I'm a little boy crazy (:

To relieve stress, keep in shape, it's a productive thing to do in my spare time, and it's fun!
so we look good fit in hott clothes and have a lot of hott boyfriends
i love doing a long workout after a stressful day. i feel SO good and refeshed when im done!
So I can complete the '300 workout' in a respectable time before I turn 30.
