NO! You will gain a lot of weight very, very fast! Infact, I don't think it is even possible to eat that many calories in a day unless you are eating tubs full of lard or something.

1,000-1,500 calories a day is good for healthy weight loss. (with diet and exercise, of course.)

If you want to lose weight, then you intake less calories then you burn, if you want to gain weight then you eat more calories than you burn. it is really, very simple (but easier said than done)

Doesn't matter how much calories you take in, but how much of them you take out by exercise.

I assume this isn't serious? The amount of exercise you'd have to do to burn that off is mind boggling so I'd have to say no.

i know a guy that eats 11,000 calories a day, but that is cuz he is super muscled.

10,000 calories a day is enough for at least 4 people so how can you possibly lose weight with such a high calorie intake?

Did you by any chance type in 10,000 by mistake? Perhaps you intended to type in 1,000 calories per day.

On a diet of 1,000 calories a day you will definitely lose weight.

It is generally recommended that all diets should include at least 1,200 calories a day and preferably 1,500-1,800 calories a day so 1,000 calories a day is perhaps insufficient.
