So ive been exercising to loose weight and....?!


Question: im happy with my legs they are becoming toned but my stomach is still really flabby. it seems like everything else is coming together except the stomach. its really flabby. im really not happy with myself i refuse to even dress nice. i used to be thinner but i let myself go. what are some easy exercises that tone my stomach??? and also things to eat that help. thanks.

Eat lots of fruit and veggies, lots of water instead of soda.
Probably the best stomach exersize are crunches (not sit ups, they only effect your back not stomach). If you do a correct crunching exercise then after a month or so you should start seeing results.

sit ups, do either 30 in morning, 30 at night or both

get a pilates dvd. its all about toning and you can do it at home. get one specifically for the stomach :)

dont you know stomach is toughest portion to tone up? be patient. try kick boxing. that is supposed to effective.

eat less bread products. they bloat your belly. try it 4 a week.

I did the south beach diet and the first thing to go was the stomach. in the first two weeks of the diet you cut out ALL SUGARS AND CARBS. All you eat is protein, lots of eggs and cheese, and tons of vegetables. NO FRUIT because of the sugar. Then the following two weeks you add some fruit to your diet. And then after the 4 weeks, you begin adding carbs but only whole wheat and fiber. Try buying the book it worked really well for me and my mom. The best thing is to find a partner to do it with, it helps motivate you to keep going.

Unfortunately the stomach area on a woman is the hardest area to loose that extra bit of unwanted body. Although exercises that specifically concentrate on that area will help define the underlying muscle they will not directly get rid of the flab. Weight loss through aerobic exercise and diet are your best bet, and if all else fails there is always lipo.

eating right is the only way you'll be able to maintain a healtyh slim and trim body. No matter how many pushups or situps you do if you dont eat healty its worthless. Drinking milk helps build bones for a stronger body and listening to your stomach when it tells you its full is completel nessasry

You can't pin point where your going to lose weight if you do a certain exercise
my advise to you is do cardio its burns fat all over the place and gets you toned

mabey, just do like some crunches before u go 2 bed at night, and running helps 2...2 eat healthy probably just eat like ur suppose 2, every meal, but eat smaller amounts.??? drinking a lot of water definetly helps 2, insread of like soda or something...=]
