You are experiencing a build up of lactic acid in your muscles--which is common if it's been awhile since you have exercised. For today, I would still go to the gym, but only do light cardio for 15-20 miutes. Keep the intensity low but allow the body to move. The light workout will help your muscles loosen up and it will add in flushing the lactic acid. After your cardio, do 5-10 minutes of stretching but make sure to hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Lastly, drink 8-12 glasses of water today--again, to help your muscles flush the lactic acid.

Wait a day for your arms to recooperate and heal - Half the battle is giving sufficient downtime.

well why would you work out only your arms every day? Mix it up and do chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms on seperate days and rest for two. Also do cardio every day.

wait, but dont tire urself out!
when u work out, your muscles get torn, but as they heal, they get stronger,
so wait.
and then work out a little more than u did the last time, and ull b able to work out as easy as...pie?

Wait for a couple more days to prevent injuries!
