If calcium cannot be absorbed by the body in the presence of a protein, then why!

Question: After the age of two milk isn't generally a necessity. In fact, many adults of European descent have some form of intolerance to it. Get yo' vitamin D from the sun my friend.

milk provides us with lactose, which can be broken down to make glucose, which gives us energy.

then dont
dont think anyone is forcing you

dude, i think you have it mixed up............you have to have an acid environment. I don't think protein has anything to do with it.

Funny thing is you see commercials for tums with calcium. We never see anyone in the hospital increase their calcium levels by taking tums. nor does any doctor suggest you to take tums for the calcium.

Actually this is not true. Calcium needs fats for absorption which is why it is better to drink homogenized milk over skimmed.
